This watercolor is of a home located on Concord Street in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The owners converted this warehouse into their home. It is really beautiful. The painting was a commission. In fact, there are 141 courses of bricks from the bottom to the peak and that almost every seventh row, end bricks were added to give the building more strength.
