Lancaster Catholic High School ‘Rossmere Stadium’
I painted this watercolor as a fundraiser for Lancaster Catholic High School. Sales were good, especially with past and present football players.
Lancaster Catholic High School
Lancaster Catholic High School is a Catholic co-educational high school located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States. It is part of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Harrisburg secondary schools. In early 1928 the pastors of the existing Catholic parishes in Lancaster County concurred that Catholic education on a secondary level was a necessity. On April 11, 1928, plans to raise funds to erect a central Catholic high school were finalized.
Manheim Central High School ‘Friday Night Lights’ ‘Elden Rettew Stadium’
Friday Night Lights in Manheim, PA. This stadium, the Elden Rettew Stadium, has a 2000 person capacity. The painting was done as a fundraiser for B.R.A.K.E.S.

Columbia Jr.-Sr. High School
Columbia Junior-Senior High School, a public school located in Columbia, PA, serves grades 9-12 in the Columbia Borough School District. After receiving a bachelor's degree in art education from Kutztown University in 1973, I applied for an art teacher position at CHS. In the fall of 1973, I was hired as their art teacher and tennis coach. I retired in 1989 to pursue my love for painting. I have fond memories of CHS and especially the students and faculty.
Donegal High School
Donegal High School is a public school located in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania When I painted it, it was a high school. It is now a middle school. I have fond memories of playing tennis behind this high school with my dad and brother, Allen.
